A one-night deposit is due at time of booking. The final payment is due seven days prior to arrival. Guest may cancel the reservation until 48 hours prior to arrival and only pay a $25 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No refund for late arrivals, early departures, no-shows, or downgrades.
For 3-bedroom condos, 4-bedroom condos, and penthouses: The final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. Guest may cancel the reservation up until 14 days prior to arrival and only pay a $25 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.
